We had a problem with the coolroom on Sunday night, Sam replied straight away, even though he didnt know who i was. He came out first thing Monday morning(it was working normal) and saw it was working but told me to keep an eye on it because it might not be a major problem and you dont need to waste money if you dont need repairs. after the days trade we noticed it was not working properly again, Sam Came out at 9pm to look at it and found the problem. He was back out again first thing in the morning to fix it. They were quick, professional and gave me a fair price. I cant thank them enough, as they did not disrupt trade and wanted to save me time and money. The outcome is perfect and i will continue using their services in the future. I highly recommend Iceman! The service was above and beyond due to Covid restrictions and rules in my workplace Sam came and did the job himself to make sure next day service provided and get the job done. Particularly tricky as integrative under mounted bench fridge. A lot of companies would of walked away but Sam resolved with best option would definitely recommend.

Best service you could ask for, on time everytime. Pricing is more than fair for the job at hand, have an emergency, expect to pay a bit more for a drop and run attendance.
